ELVA DESIGN reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock availability issues.

Our products are crafted with high attention to detail, and we aim for customer satisfaction. However, refunds are only accepted in cases where a product has a clear defect or damage caused by our side. Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of receiving their order and provide proof of the defect (photos or videos). If approved, a refund will be issued through the original payment method. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or damages caused after delivery.
