Orders within Germany are typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days, while international shipping takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on the destination. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing or unforeseen delays.

We strive to ensure the highest quality in every piece we create. However, if you receive an item with a clear defect or damage caused by our side, you may request a refund. To initiate a refund, you must provide proof of the issue (photos or videos) within 48 hours of receiving the package. Once we verify the claim, we will process the refund accordingly. Please note that refunds are not applicable for sizing issues, change of mind, or damages caused after delivery.
